| Description: | The Resident Dining Manager leads a kitchen/dining department with two or more FTE employees. This position is responsible for food ordering, scheduling, budget compliance, quality assurance, and State and local regulatory compliance for the kitchen/dining department. This position also is responsible for preparing resident meals in accordance with the published menu and best practices, and delivering these meals at the scheduled meal times. This position also is responsible to maintain in a clean and usable state the kitchen and dining area. This position requires math skills to adjust recipes to resident counts. This position also involves lifting and stocking grocery items weighing up to 50 lbs., and the use of functional sharp blades, mechanical equipment and cleaning chemicals. This position requires a current Food Handler’s permit.
